In this regard, Vélez commented that following the suspension of Ferromex intermodal transit from Manzanillo to Silao in October 2016, shoemaking entrepreneurs from León began using Lázaro Cárdenas to import raw materials from Asia , which travels from this port to Querétaro with Kansas City Southern of Mexico , and from there via railcar to Leon. We have a collaboration agreement with Hutchison Ports, which takes care of the logistics to bring the containers from the port to Leon and this gives more speed of delivery to the customers; they invoice TradeLink and we to the end customer.
