From next December 1, the management of this banner will be borne by the company Brandcare Est 2014, a Spanish subsidiary of the Portuguese group Brandcare acquired, at the beginning of the year, by Sodalis, owner in turn of different companies, among which is Novamex, gala manufacturer of the aforementioned teaches. In this context, and given the possibility that said purchase operation could modify, as it has happened, the distribution of these household cleaning products, the managers of Gcin Group began conversations to develop their own brand. For this, the company has signed an agreement with the Alicante company Químicas del Vinalopó, specializing mainly in cleaning products and professional hygiene, which is responsible for the manufacture of the 'Trebol Verde' banner, patented by Gcin Group. The same agreement includes the exclusive marketing by Gcin Group of the brand 'Ecotech' also manufactured by Químicas del Vinalopó for ecological household cleaning products, whose commercialization has fallen to the company Endemic Biotech, with which group form alicantina. For a month now, 'Trebol Verde' and 'Ecotech' have been sold in the same establishments where Gcin Group had the brand L'Arbre Vert: Hipercor, El Corte Inglés and its new business unit 'The Biosphere'; Cecosa, E.Lecler, Unide, Eroski and Vegalsa, as well as the chain of Arenal perfumeries. With the birth of 'Green Clover', Gcin Group aims to become the national supplier with the widest assortment of ecolabel certified products. At present, its offer consists of detergents in four varieties (white clothes, all kinds of fabrics, sports and baby); softener (for normal and baby clothes); concentrated hand dishwashers; descaling, antical and bath cleaners; spray cleaners (window cleaners, multipurpose and degreasers), mops and a solution for cleaning furniture, parquet and all types of wood. All these solutions are hypoallergenic, without preservatives or dyes. For its part, the range 'Ecotech', present in the market for four years, includes among other categories the dishwashers by hand and machine (the latter in gel format), multipurpose cleaners, bathroom and degreasers. From Gcin Group explain that the sustainable nature of the manufacture of these solutions includes the fact that with this agreement between companies is promoting the sale of green products manufactured domestically. In economic terms, and with net income of € 280,000 in 2016, Gcin Group expects to conclude the current year with € 330,000, equaling the 2015 figure. By 2018, the company will set this figure in the vicinity of € 450,000. On the other hand, Químicas del Vinalopó concluded 2016 with a turnover of 1.80 M, 4% more than in the previous year. About 90% of the total volume comes from its activity in the area of ​​industrial cleaning and, more specifically, its sales in the Horeca channel.
