July soda ash exports rose by 20% year on year and by 25% month on month. Mexico was the US top export destination in July, followed by Brazil and Indonesia. The US is a net exporter of soda ash. Meanwhile, July soda ash imports were down by 61% year on year and by 22% month on month. July is the most recent month for which data are available. Major producers of US natural soda ash are Genesis Alkali, Tata Chemicals, Ciner Resources and Solvay. July soda ash exports rose by 20% year on year and by 25% month on month. Mexico was the US top export destination in July, followed by Brazil and Indonesia. The US is a net exporter of soda ash.
